Shipping policy

Orders will not be processed on weekends or holidays.  

Shipping confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).  The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. 

Damages

City Dog Apparel is not responsible for any items arriving damaged (due to shipping) or lost items.  If you receive your order damaged please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. 

Cancellation Policy

If a customer wishes to cancel an order that has not been shipped, please contact customer service during normal business hours at: citydogapparel26@gmail.com. Or reply to the order confirmation email with the cancellation request. City Dog Apparel will do our best to assist you promptly in a timely matter. Items that are special orders, marked as shipped and drop shipped items cannot be cancelled after the order is processed.  Restocking fees may apply. In the event that an item cannot be cancelled, customers are able to return eligible items.
